Position: LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Required Qualifications :

Active NYS LPN License

CPR/BLS

Medical Clearance

Proof of COVID Vaccination

Minimum 3 shifts per week

Must be available every other weekend
