Job Description :
We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk /Customer Service to transfer information into our new systems and assist in making follow up calls to update information in the system. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Review candidate information is accurate in the software, make follow up calls to update records.
- Update existing data
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
- Receives, collects, reviews, and enters data into a computer system or tracking database. Ensures accuracy of all data recorded and verifies that the information is complete.
- Will scan and upload documents.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive materials
- Aiding the company in data entry and additional administrative tasks
- Acting in accordance with data program techniques and procedures to ensure data entry requirements are met
- Performing special projects as assigned
- Identify any issues or trends and brings them to the attention of the management team
Required Qualifications :
- Proven experience as data entry clerk
- Fast typing skills
- High school or some college preferred.
- Previous compliance experience, preferably in staffing agency.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to pressure.
- Knowledge of server-based applicant tracking systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Time management and strong organizational skills
- Must have excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Attention to detail while maintaining a view of the big picture.
